Application Process
We have an open enrollment process throughout the year. To get started, simply fill out our inquiry form, email or call us.
Our Admission process includes:

Completion of application and submission of a non-refundable application fee.

Submission of executed Doctrinal Statement, Family Commitment, and Financial Commitment forms.

Completion of a student screening.

If required, submission of completed teacher recommendation forms.

If required, submission of prior school records.

Submission of completed Pastor Recommendation Request form.

Review of and submission to the SMCS Parent-Student Handbook.

Parents reading For the Children’s Sake, a book that describes our Charlotte Mason approach to education, provided by the school.

Completed interview with SMCS Board Representatives.

Approval of admission by the Board.

Payment of enrollment fee.
Notice of acceptance or non-acceptance will follow the screening sessions and interview.
