Application Process

We have an open enrollment process throughout the year.  To get started, simply fill out our inquiry form, email or call us.

Our Admission process includes:

  • Completion of application and submission of a non-refundable application fee.  

  • Submission of executed Doctrinal Statement, Family Commitment, and Financial Commitment forms.  

  • Completion of a student screening.  

  • If required, submission of completed teacher recommendation forms.

  • If required, submission of prior school records.  

  • Submission of completed Pastor Recommendation Request form.  

  • Review of and submission to the SMCS Parent-Student Handbook.  

  • Parents reading For the Children’s Sake, a book that describes our Charlotte Mason approach to education, provided by the school.  

  • Completed interview with SMCS Board Representatives.  

  • Approval of admission by the Board.

  • Payment of enrollment fee.

 

Notice of acceptance or non-acceptance will follow the screening sessions and interview.
