Welcome to Signal Mountain Christian School. I hope you will enjoy getting to know us better through the information and photographs in this website.
SMCS exists to assist Christian parents in educating their children to better understand God’s Word and His world. It is our goal to partner with parents to lead their children to faith in Jesus Christ, and help them to acquire a Christian world and life view, develop Christian character, and become equipped and motivated to impact the world for Christ.
I think you will find SMCS to be unique in many ways. The combined emphasis upon academic excellence and spiritual training, taught in an intimate, hands-on, stimulating classroom environment that inspires a love of learning, creates an outstanding elementary school experience. Our qualified and experienced teachers care for and pray for each student daily. They model joyful faith as they address the spiritual, academic and personal development of each child. Thus, our motto: "Educating for Life."
The decisions you make for your child’s education during the formative elementary years are among the most important. It would be our great privilege and pleasure to talk with you personally about a Christ-centered education for your son or daughter.
